Intake Session
80 minutes
Your first session. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your history, and your goals. Together, we'll create a plan for your treatment.
Standard Session
50 minutes
Regular therapy sessions where we work through your challenges using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs.
EMDR Session
80 minutes
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — a specialized trauma processing therapy.
Sliding Scale
I believe therapy should be accessible. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who qualify.
Eligibility criteria:
- Demonstrated financial need
- Financial dependents
Eligibility is determined through a brief questionnaire. Spots are limited.

Cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment accepted.
Insurance
We don't bill insurance directly, but can provide documentation.
